Out of all of my cream multi-purpose makeup products, this is the one that I’ve used the most in these warmer months. The formulation is perfect. Although it gives you a substantial amount of color, it’s not too heavy. While this soft berry shade looks best on my eyes and cheeks (I have warmer undertones, especially in the summer.), it’ll look great on the lips as well, especially if you have a cooler-toned complexion. I know. I know. The price is ridiculous. However, you can always buy it with a gift card that you receive from participating in a market research study or you can put it on your birthday or Christmas list.

Cetaphil Gentle Cleansing
Bar for Dry/Sensitive Skin, 4.5 oz |
Cetaphil Gentle Cleansing Bar for Dry/Sensitive Skin, 4.5 oz, $8.78 at Walmart
When I was 24, my first and favorite dermatologist was wonderful enough to point me to this when my skin was going nuts from numerous issues that were occurring all at once and are way too lengthy to go into here.
I’ve been using it for over a couple of decades and I get really bummed out when it’s out of stock. Also, if you have acne-prone skin, I recommend using this twice a day. Moreover, I advise using makeup, especially foundation, as little as possible. I know. I love my warm water too, but turn it down when you’re washing your face. If you tie your hair back when you wash your face, keep it that way for the rest of the day to keep your hair and the oils from your hair out of your face.

I wish you could wave away puffiness and wrinkles around the eyes with a magic wand. I never noticed these till about 10 years ago when I was putting on my makeup and there they were in full Technicolor.
All it takes is a very small amount on your index finger and a couple of traces around each eye–from underneath the bottom lashes on out and around the top of the eyelid line–and tired eyes and fine lines are diminished.

Sunday Rain Sleep Easy Body Scrub, 9.3 oz |
Sunday Rain Sleep Easy Body Scrub, 9.3 oz, $25.06 at EveryMarket
With the exception of their sugar cube body scrubs (which are annoying to use in the shower because they’re slippery and don’t dissolve properly), I’ve never met a body scrub from them that I didn’t like. This is a great unisex scent. It’s also an original one with the powdery lavender note that is mixed in with cedarwood. At first, I was a little hesitant about this combination. I thought it would be gross, but it’s very pleasant. Moreover, the lavender is very soothing and serves as a good all-natural muscle relaxant after your shower before bed.
