3 Wallflowers That Transformed My Apartment’s Scent

Title: Bath and Body Works

Bath & Body Works has really upped their game and I’m falling in love with them and their products all over again. Their wallflowers fragrance refill bulb in the scent Midnight Cocktails smells like a sweeter and less cologne-y version of one of the brand’s signature scents, Black Tie. It’s also in the same scent family of Davines main and unisex spicy, cardamom scent, Davines OI, which I cover in greater detail in my first post on here, The Best Body Washes for Summer. Because my fiancé loves Midnight Cocktails so much, I stocked up on two more during one of Bath & Body Works’ sales. Here is the purchasing information for it: Bath & Body Works’ Midnight Cocktails Wallflowers Fragrance Refill Bulb, $19.00 at amazon.

One of my cats, Slam, who is a total foodie, loves Ghoul Friend. He’s always hanging around this Halloween-inspired scent in the hallway and sniffing it. After he does so, he licks his chops. This is very similar to two of the brand’s other syrupy sweet scents, A Thousand Wishes and Be Joyful, except that it’s less florally and smells more like fruity hard candy. You can buy it here: Bath & Body Works’ Ghoul Friend Wallflowers Fragrance Refill Bulb, $15.95 at amazon.

My fiancé says that Prickly Pear Sangria smells like rotten pears and complains that Bath & Body Works doesn’t know how to capture the crisp and citrus nature of the fruit. We removed the wallflower from our bedroom and put it in our daughter’s room and she really likes it. Yes, it smells exactly like the boozy and fruity drink, sangria. When I first smelled it, I actually felt like I was going back in time to the year 1999. I was at a really awesome college party where they were serving sangria. Whoever made it did a fantastic job and it was very addictive. I kept going back for more. I can still hear The Mighty Mighty Bosstones’ “Someday I Suppose” playing in the background…Here is the purchasing information for it: Bath & Body Works’ Prickly Pear Sangria Wallflower Home Fragrance Refill, 0.8 oz, $10.75 on ebay (aka evilbay).
